en.Wedoany.com Reported - Hanwha Construction Division announced on July 15, 2026, the development of a new community entrance space landscape design, "Grand Flow," for its high-end residential brand "Hanwha Forena." The design, which combines a design wall approximately 3 meters high with a waterscape area, clearly delineates the entrance zone from the interior space, aiming to enhance the sense of homecoming ritual and living experience in high-end residences. The design will be first applied to the "Hanwha Forena Jije Station" project, scheduled for pre-sale in the second half of 2026.

Hanwha Construction, a core construction company under South Korea's Hanwha Group, was founded in 1943 and is one of the country's leading engineering and real estate development firms, with operations spanning residential construction, building engineering, and urban development. "Hanwha Forena" is a high-end residential brand launched by the company in 2025. The brand name, derived from Italian, signifies "strength and elegance," positioning it as a top-tier living experience for high-net-worth individuals. Prior to the launch of Grand Flow, Hanwha Construction had already released the new exterior design "Forena Vista" in late 2025 and the unified gate pillar and entrance design "Forena Journey" in early 2026, continuously strengthening the brand's design competitiveness.

According to Hanwha Construction, the core of the Grand Flow design lies in reshaping the ritualistic experience of the homecoming route through a three-layer spatial transition. The design team installed a landscape wall approximately 3 meters high at the entrance, effectively blocking external noise and visual interference, allowing residents to experience a spatial hierarchy transitioning from public to semi-public to private as they enter the community. A "water space" connected to the landscape wall is set at the front of the entrance, serving as a visual and spatial link between the interior and exterior areas. Additionally, the landscape wall structure incorporates a dedicated drop-off and pick-up zone, ensuring safe and convenient use for visitors and residents in rainy or snowy weather.

The design will be first applied to new projects such as "Hanwha Forena Jije Station" starting in the second half of 2026, and will be gradually rolled out to subsequent residential communities under the Forena brand. This series of design initiatives reflects Hanwha Construction's strategic intent to strengthen brand recognition through differentiated design in the high-end residential market. Following the launch of the "Forena Vista" exterior design in late 2025 and the "Forena Journey" gate pillar and entrance design in early 2026, the release of Grand Flow further completes the Forena brand's design system, marking the formation of a comprehensive design language for Hanwha Forena—from exterior to entrance to community interior—in terms of brand visual identity and living experience.
