en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 15, Qiao Xubin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Energy Engineering International Group, met with Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet in Beijing. The two sides focused on in-depth exchanges on comprehensively deepening pragmatic cooperation in areas such as Cambodia's power planning, new power system construction, new energy investment, infrastructure construction, and green industrial park development. Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and First Vice Chairman of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) Sun Chanthol attended the meeting.

Prime Minister Hun Manet highly commended China Energy Engineering's comprehensive strength in the energy and power sector. He stated that Cambodia attaches great importance to national "energy security" and "energy independence," continuously increasing the share of renewable energy, vigorously promoting the diversification of the energy structure, improving energy infrastructure construction, and steadily enhancing the safety, stability, and power supply guarantee capacity of Cambodia's power system.
