Tiago Soares, Head of Marketing and ESG at Banco BV, said the bank's focus is to maximize operational efficiency without compromising brand consistency. By building the House model and incorporating artificial intelligence, it has expanded delivery capacity to support growing demand, keeping the bank at the forefront of the financial industry. The new model, with 100% AI integration, has also reduced the production cost per product by 42%. In 2025, the bank delivered 22,000 products, three times the volume in 2024. An example of the bank's creative leadership is the "Sem Tutu" campaign, where AI was used for the initial conception of characters, which were then refined by the internal team and ultimately launched as physical products.
