Leveraging seven decades of technical and operational expertise from Metito's O&M business, METICHEM's experienced workforce and exceptional customer service have established it as a regional leader in industrial, commercial, and municipal water services. The company currently employs 700 staff, executes service contracts in 46 countries, and offers a comprehensive portfolio of performance chemicals and full-spectrum O&M expertise.
This acquisition expands Aquatech's ability to deliver complete water lifecycle solutions to global industrial customers, encompassing chemicals, digital optimization, and long-term plant performance. Integrating METICHEM's specialty chemical programs and O&M capabilities will enable Aquatech to provide more complete, data-driven solutions that improve uptime and reduce total water costs.
