Since its launch in July 2022, the China-Europe Railway Express (Fuzhou) has seen its total import and export value exceed 1.6 billion yuan over four years of operation.

"The Fuzhou Railway Logistics Center has innovated models such as 'train + sea-rail intermodal transport,' 'train + cold chain,' and 'train + trade,' achieving seamless connections where 'goods can be transferred from train to ship and from ship to train upon unloading.' The types of exported goods have evolved from the initial single category of baby and daily necessities to now covering over 200 types of "Made in China" products, including auto parts and generator sets.
