en.Wedoany.com Reported - The University of Almería (Universidad de Almería) has issued a tender to install a self-consumption photovoltaic system on the rooftops of its faculty buildings at the La Cañada de San Urbano campus.

The total budget for this tender project is €637,403, with a construction period of four months and a bid submission deadline of July 31. The evaluation follows a simplified open tender procedure, with a standard processing type.
This photovoltaic system is designed for self-consumption without surplus electricity, and all generated power will be fully connected to the internal grids of the buildings. The installation will be carried out across four university buildings: the Law Building (Edificio de Derecho) with an installed capacity of 60 kW to 69.75 kWp; the Humanities II Building (Edificio Humanidades II) with 222 kW to 249.3 kWp; the Psychology Building (Edificio Psicología) with 60 kW to 69.75 kWp; and the Education Building (Edificio Educación) with 80 kW to 92.25 kWp. The total installed capacity of the entire project ranges from 422 kW to 481.05 kWp. This project has not received EU funding.
