The project, with a total investment of 793 million yuan, has established specialized production lines for electronic-grade sulfuric acid and functional electronic chemicals.

Xingfu Electronics is a leading enterprise in China's wet electronic chemicals industry, long dedicated to the research, development, production, and sales of general-purpose and functional wet electronic chemicals. Its core products include electronic-grade phosphoric acid, electronic-grade sulfuric acid, electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide, as well as high-end etching solutions and cleaning agents, which have been stably supplied to numerous globally renowned integrated circuit manufacturers.
