PowerChina Henan Engineering Co., Ltd. (joint venture member: Tangshan Xindi Engineering Survey and Design Co., Ltd.) ranked third with a bid price of 819,010,000 yuan, unit price 1.0238 yuan/Wh.
The project covers an area of approximately 3.3496 hectares (50.244 mu), planning to construct a 180MW/720MWh lithium iron phosphate energy storage power station and a 20MW/80MWh new all-vanadium redox flow energy storage power station. Additionally, it includes the construction of one 220KV booster station (comprising 220KV power distribution equipment, station power system, comprehensive building, combined pump house, station roads, etc.) and a 220KV transmission power line project.
