This commissioned capacity is part of a larger 300 MW AC and 405 MW DC solar project located within the GIPCL Solar Park in Khavda, Gujarat, and is a grid-connected ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant.

KPI Green Energy executed the entire solar project for Coal India under an EPC contract. The Gujarat Energy Development Agency has certified the commissioned capacity of 200 MW AC and 269 MW DC, covering the completed portion of the project's declared total capacity. This solar project is one of Coal India's key initiatives to drive clean energy transition.
