en.Wedoany.com Reported - Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. (CSE:NOP) has obtained heavy metal contaminant test results from the upper phosphate zone of the MM26-9 drill hole at its Murdock Mountain Project in the US that continue to be below the maximum allowable limits for organic fertilizer certification.

The drill hole intersected 10.73% phosphorus pentoxide over 4.48 meters in the upper phosphate zone. Director Garry Smith stated that this result strengthens the company's confidence in defining grade continuity along the trend. Smith noted that the company is pleased to continue advancing the Murdock Mountain Project over the coming months and to begin evaluating the upper phosphate zone in other permit application areas.

Chief Executive Officer Robin Dow added that another solid intersection from the MM26-9 drill hole demonstrates that the upper phosphate zone continues to deliver predictable and consistent phosphorus pentoxide grades and thicknesses. Dow stated that the company continues to achieve its goal of positioning Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. as a truly differentiated player in the fertilizer market.

As previously reported, the company is accumulating data for the next decision-making steps at the Murdock Mountain Project. The MM26-9 drill hole was drilled vertically to a depth of 146.93 meters, located 100 meters upslope north of the MM25-6 drill hole from last fall, which encountered an apparent thickness of 42.15 meters of the Mead Peak unit.

The Murdock Mountain Project is located in Nevada, adjacent to infrastructure such as railways and highways. The project has historical geological mapping, with phosphate-rich layers traced for 8 kilometers along strike, with a potential average thickness of 3.35 meters and grades up to 15% phosphorus pentoxide. Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. is a junior exploration company with a 6.6-kilometer-long organic sedimentary phosphate layer in northeastern Nevada.
