Thailand is one of the world's major rice exporters, producing over 20 million tons of milled rice annually, with export volumes consistently ranking among the top three globally. The rice mill working environment features high dust concentrations, extended continuous operation hours, and dense personnel, imposing high requirements on equipment environmental friendliness, low noise, safety, and battery life. The SANY SW970E electric loader is equipped with a 424kWh high-capacity power battery, supporting 1.5-hour fast charging and over 8 hours of continuous operation on a full charge, adapting to the mill's two-shift work schedule. This model uses pure electric drive, achieving zero exhaust emissions and significantly reducing operational noise, without contaminating paddy or finished rice. The battery and electronic control core components have an IP67 dustproof and waterproof rating, effectively preventing rice bran and fine dust from entering the equipment interior. The cab features a sealing design superior to industry standards, blocking dust ingress. The vehicle can be optionally equipped with a 360-degree surround view, blind spot monitoring, pedestrian recognition, automatic braking, and AEB intelligent collision avoidance system. The subsequently ordered SW956E electric loader is a 5.8-ton class unit, covering diverse needs such as loading, unloading, and stacking for rice mills of various scales.
At the delivery ceremony, Peng Song, Director of SANY Group, presented equipment key models to 10 customer representatives and signed the "SANY Electric Loader Thailand Rice Industry Promotion Ambassador" authorization agreement with them. He Xin, Vice President of SANY Group and CEO of SANY Loaders, signed an order for 50 SW956E electric loaders with rice mill customer representatives, witnessed by Peng Song.
