According to the plan, Zoomlion will continue to expand its European spare parts and service network, enhancing response speed and parts supply capabilities; it will also advance the development of a digital customer service platform, aiming to enable automatic assignment and end-to-end tracking of service tasks, making it easier for customers to access equipment, spare parts, and service information. The company also plans to continuously introduce new products and technologies to enrich its product portfolio and adapt to local market demands.

On August 25, Zhan Chunxin visited the m-tec production and R&D facilities in Germany to review the subsidiary's operations and technological progress, including areas involving the R&D and application of 3D printing. He stated that Zoomlion will leverage the group's global market presence, R&D capabilities, and financial resources to support m-tec, while promoting closer collaboration between the two sides in technology, products, and market development. Since joining Zoomlion in 2014, m-tec has continued to deepen its focus on dry-mix mortar and construction machinery, collaborating with the group in technology, products, and markets, and has now become a key pillar of Zoomlion's European localization strategy.

Currently, Zoomlion has established sales, service, financing, and manufacturing capabilities across multiple locations in Europe, with local production facilities including CIFA in Italy, m-tec, WILBERT, and RABE in Germany, as well as an aerial work platform factory in Hungary. Leveraging these arrangements, the company is able to bring manufacturing, technical expertise, talent, and customer service closer to the European market.
