XCMG Signs 4,200-Ton Crawler Crane Procurement Project with China Chemical

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On October 9, XCMG held a signing ceremony in Beijing with China Chemical Engineering Heavy Mechanization Co., Ltd. and Guohua Investment Company for the procurement of a 4,200-ton crawler crane. The lifting capacity grade of the procured equipment is 4,200 tons, featuring a design with a lifting moment in the 100,000-ton-meter class. It is planned for use in the hoisting of ultra-large equipment in large-scale coal chemical, petroleum refining, and chemical new material projects.

China Chemical Engineering Heavy Mechanization Co., Ltd. is a specialized heavy machinery construction platform under China National Chemical Engineering Group, and has been engaged in large equipment hoisting for more than 50 years. The company is advancing the specialized integration of hoisting resources within the group, centralizing the management of dispersed lifting equipment, construction technologies, and professional personnel. This equipment procurement will expand its lifting equipment coverage from the hundred-ton class to the 4,000-ton class.

The 4,200-ton crawler crane is intended for the integral hoisting of large equipment in the construction of ten-million-ton-class refining and chemical projects, modern coal chemical projects, and new energy projects. The related operations involve large reactors, towers, and other oversized equipment. Equipment manufacturers and construction units will carry out follow-up coordination regarding complete machine configuration, hoisting requirements, and project applications.

Zhao Liang, Vice General Manager of China National Chemical Engineering Group; Bi Jiawei, General Manager of Heavy Machinery Company; Meng Wen, Vice President of XCMG Machinery; and Lu Tao, General Manager of Guohua Investment Company, attended the signing ceremony. The subsequent cooperation scope of the three parties includes integrated equipment package coordination for projects, joint innovation in green and intelligent technologies, and business collaboration in overseas markets.
