The Stoke Central park, totaling 530,000 square feet, is part of the 300-acre Festival Park development in Stoke-on-Trent, delivered in two phases between 2020 and 2023. Located near the A500 road, it provides access to the national highway network, enabling tenants to efficiently serve customers across the UK.

Unit C55 was delivered to high sustainability standards, achieving a BREEAM "Excellent" rating and an EPC A certification. The building is equipped with rooftop solar photovoltaic panels and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, which Ocado will use to store, maintain, and charge its growing electric delivery fleet.

George Goldsmith, Senior Asset Manager at Indurent, said that Ocado becoming the final tenant at the park marks a significant milestone for the project, reflecting continued strong demand for high-quality industrial and logistics space in strategically located markets. The full occupancy of the entire park highlights the appeal of modern, sustainable buildings combined with excellent connectivity.
