China Hunan Tongdao 100MW Wind Power Project 2026 EPC Tender

en.Wedoany.com Reported - The 100MW wind power project in Tongdao County, Hunan Province, has issued an EPC general contracting tender announcement. The project is located in Tongdao County, Huaihua City, Hunan Province, and includes the construction of a 100MW wind farm and a supporting 220kV step-up substation.

The project plans an installed capacity of 100MW, with 16 wind turbine units each with a single-unit capacity of 6.25MW to be installed. A new 220kV step-up substation will be built, with one 100MVA main transformer constructed in this phase, connected to the Taipingshan 220kV step-up substation via one approximately 9-kilometer-long 220kV overhead line (conductor type JL/G1A-2×300).

The scope of this tender covers the project's construction and installation works, specifically including but not limited to: all civil works and equipment installation for the wind turbines and step-up substation, including the installation, commissioning, and application of the Huaneng New Energy Smart Infrastructure System; procurement, expediting, transportation, and storage of equipment and materials both within and outside the group framework agreement; preparation of reports for grid connection procedures, compliance procedures ("Four Certificates"), special acceptance inspections, and completion acceptance; coordination of permanent and temporary land acquisition, external construction relationship coordination, vegetation restoration and acceptance; and matters to be resolved by the contractor, such as construction water, electricity, communication, and temporary works.

The tender construction period is 12 months, with the planned schedule from June 30, 2026, to June 30, 2027, subject to the final notice from the tenderer. The grid connection date for the first batch of units is December 31, 2026, and the commissioning of all units and project completion date is June 30, 2027.
