en.Wedoany.com Reported - Fox ESS has launched a scalable commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage solution called Power Beast. This solution integrates the H3 Plus hybrid inverter and CQ7 high-voltage storage battery, with an optional CQ7 dual-tower base.

The H3 Plus inverter offers AC output power ranging from 50 kW to 125 kW and supports up to three independent battery inputs. When paired with CQ7 batteries, a single inverter can support up to 292 kWh of storage capacity. Multiple Power Beast systems can be scaled to 3.125 MW/7.35 MWh for grid-connected applications and 1.25 MW/2.94 MWh for off-grid applications.

Brooks Richard Geng, Managing Director of Fox ESS Asia Pacific and Middle East, stated that the Power Beast solution eliminates the typically cumbersome wiring, multiple connection points, or extensive on-site assembly. The system features a compact dual-tower design that supports rapid plug-and-play installation, reducing system height and installation complexity. By integrating the H3 Plus with the scalable CQ7 platform, the company is helping partners reduce costs, save space, and deliver C&I projects with greater confidence.

The system is suitable for projects targeting the BESS4 capacity range under New South Wales' Peak Demand Reduction Scheme (PDRS), which covers battery installations with usable capacities between 20 kWh and 200 kWh. A single H3 Plus 100 kW inverter paired with two CQ7 battery stacks provides approximately 195 kWh of storage capacity, enabling projects to maximize potential incentive value. The scheme provides upfront financial support for C&I installations, reduces peak electricity costs, and enhances grid stability by creating Peak Reduction Certificates (PRCs). It launched on September 1, 2026.

The optional CQ7 dual-tower base integrated into the Power Beast system allows two battery stacks to share a single base, keeping the system height below 1.3 meters. Pre-installed power and communication connections simplify installation and reduce wiring risks. The system integrates solar, battery storage, emergency backup power, generators, and electric vehicle charging, with module installation taking approximately five seconds. Fox ESS stated that Power Beast provides a scalable C&I platform for installers, EPC contractors, distributors, and project partners, designed to reduce installation complexity and utilize available space more efficiently.
