Moho Resources Identifies Two Shallow Multi-Vein Gold Systems at Bush Chook, Western Australia

en.Wedoany.com Reported - Moho Resources has discovered two new shallow multi-vein gold systems during initial reconnaissance drilling at the top of the Bush Chook project in Western Australia's Mosquito Creek Basin, enhancing the exploration potential of the area.

The two new systems, Gage Road and CBco, comprise four mineralized veins with a total strike length exceeding 600 meters. Significant intersections include: 14 meters at 1.04 g/t gold from 13 meters downhole in hole 26RC0010 at Gage Roads; and 15 meters at 0.84 g/t gold from 64 meters downhole in hole 26RC0032 at CBco.

Moho Resources (ASX:MOH) added that regional soil sampling has also identified new targets, with 1,516 of 4,948 samples returning gold grades above 10 ppb, including 19 samples exceeding 1 g/t. Chairman Peter Christie said the company is encouraged that initial reconnaissance drilling successfully identified gold-bearing structures that remain open along strike. The company plans to conduct wide-spaced drilling along these structures to test for thicker, higher-grade gold mineralization zones. With the signing of the Palyku-Jartayi heritage agreement, it also plans to drill-test the high-priority Emu and Bright Tank prospects this quarter, as well as potential new targets identified through recent rock chip sampling programs, in preparation for the next drilling campaign in the fourth quarter.

Gage Road consists of two mineralized gold veins with a confirmed strike length exceeding 200 meters, remaining open along strike and down dip. Gold mineralization occurs in quartz-pyrite veins, with the two veins forming an en echelon arrangement dipping 40 degrees east. CBco also comprises two mineralized veins, but with a confirmed strike length of 420 meters, with mineralization occurring in quartz-pyrite veins and quartz-sericite-pyrite altered metasedimentary rocks. Regional soil sampling has identified widespread gold anomalies across the entire Bush Chook project, with two anomalies already considered priority targets being advanced through detailed geological mapping and rock chip sampling. MOH has also identified two large pyrophyllite alteration anomalies using publicly available HyMap hyperspectral data for follow-up geological mapping and sampling.

Phase 2 exploration is underway, including geological mapping, rock chip sampling, and target refinement in newly accessed areas. Drilling is expected to resume in the fourth quarter of 2026, focusing on extending mineralization at Gage Road and CBco while testing the high-priority Emu and Bright Tank prospects. Emu contains a gossanous quartz vein approximately 200 meters long and up to 20 meters wide, with sustained high-grade surface gold mineralization averaging 5 g/t over a 100-meter section, located about 2 kilometers from AIM Mining's Barton gold mine currently being mined underground. Bright Tank contains two surface gold mineralization clusters within a broader 600-meter mineralized trend, with the southwest zone consisting of gossanous quartz stockwork veins yielding rock chip gold grades up to 4.12 g/t, while the northeast zone comprises a series of quartz veins returning gold grades up to 12.7 g/t.
