US STAG Commissions 9 MW Rooftop Solar in Pennsylvania

en.Wedoany.com Reported - Real estate investment trust STAG Industrial has activated three rooftop solar projects in Pennsylvania with a combined capacity of 9 megawatts. Developed by Dimension Energy and facilitated by Black Bear Energy, these projects mark another deployment in the company's distributed solar portfolio.

One of the installations is located on the roof of a distribution warehouse in O'Hara Township, Pennsylvania. To date, STAG has on-site solar installations at 29 properties across 10 states, totaling 49.5 megawatts. Beyond the Pennsylvania projects, the company also operates a community solar portfolio in New Jersey spanning three rooftops with a combined capacity of 2.7 megawatts, and has completed three community solar projects in Maryland totaling 11.6 megawatts. STAG also has solar facilities in Massachusetts and other parts of the northeastern United States.
