The nylon project, with a total investment of 2.396 billion yuan, aims to address the long-standing market challenge of domestic high-end nylon relying on imports and accelerate the domestic substitution process of key new materials. Upon full operation, the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons, establishing a core product matrix covering four major categories: Nylon 6, Nylon 66, Bio-based PA5X, and Specialty Nylon.

On this basis, the project's product differentiation matrix encompasses three major series: comfort style, professional protection, and low-carbon sustainability; the specification matrix covers four major series: FDY, DTY, HOY (POY), and split fiber mother yarn, spanning a range of 10D to 400D. The products will deeply empower high-value-added fields such as sports and outdoor apparel, high-end home textiles, and industrial textile materials, precisely meeting the diversified and customized procurement demands of the downstream market.
