CAIC International Signs EPC Contract for FURSAN Apartment Project in Saudi Arabia

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On August 29, Beijing International Engineering Co., Ltd. of CAAC Airport Construction Group released information that its subsidiary, CAIC International Saudi Branch, has signed the EPC contract for the Riyadh FURSAN Apartment Project with the Saudi National Housing Company (NHC).

The project is located in the Al Fursan residential district in northeastern Riyadh, with plans to construct 48 eight-story residential apartment buildings. The residential district, developed by NHC, is adjacent to King Khalid International Airport and Princess Nourah University. CAIC International will be responsible for the EPC implementation of the project, managing construction organization, schedule, quality, and safety.

CAAC Airport Construction Group and NHC have previously collaborated on residential projects in Saudi Arabia. In July 2025, the two parties signed an agreement for the Jeddah Rehab Al-Sadan Residential Project, which includes the construction of over 1,400 residential units. In January 2026, CAIC International Saudi Branch won the bid for the Riyadh AlRuba Apartment Project, with a construction scale of 94 residential apartment buildings and 2,556 residential units. Following the signing of the FURSAN project, the cooperation between the two parties has expanded from Jeddah to Riyadh, and has progressed from project bidding to the EPC contract signing stage.
