India's S&S Power Secures Isolator Order Worth INR 80-100 Million

en.Wedoany.com Reported - India's S&S Power Switchgear has confirmed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, S&S Power Switchgear Equipment, has received a purchase order from Hitachi Energy India to supply isolators for a package under Dilip Buildcon in Karnataka. The order is valued at INR 80 million to 100 million and is a domestic order within India.

The equipment is scheduled for delivery between March and June 2027, with the first batch of products expected to begin supply toward the end of the 2026–2027 fiscal year. Hitachi Energy India is the purchaser, and the isolators will be incorporated into the project package under Dilip Buildcon. The quantity of equipment, rated voltage, and specific project name have not yet been disclosed.

S&S Power Switchgear Equipment primarily manufactures medium- and high-voltage isolators and earthing switches. Its existing isolator product range covers rated voltages from 36 kV to 765 kV, with over 50,000 units installed across more than 50 countries. The company is advancing the commercialization of 765 kV isolators and expanding its production capacity for high-voltage transmission and distribution equipment.

In July 2026, the subsidiary also secured an isolator order from Siemens Energy India worth over INR 80 million, with an execution period from December 2026 to March 2027. The current Hitachi Energy India order will enter the delivery phase immediately thereafter, with the production and supply cycle for the related equipment extending through June 2027.
