The EasyFeed Bundle platform includes Vartega's patented carbon fiber recycling technology, as well as the company's technical expertise and processing capabilities, supporting production capacity of up to 1,000 tons of EasyFeed Bundles per year.

EasyFeed Bundles are technical raw materials made from recycled and reclaimed carbon fiber, aimed at compounders and molders for replacing virgin carbon fiber in base-grade, technical-grade, and high-performance thermoplastics. The fiber bundles are designed for consistent handling and dispersion in injection molding and additive manufacturing, and are compatible with a variety of resins ranging from polypropylene, nylon, and polycarbonate to high-temperature systems such as PEEK.

These materials help manufacturers reduce costs and lower their carbon footprint while maintaining structural performance and lightweight characteristics. Vartega's recycled carbon fiber (rCF) has been used in automotive projects, serving both electric vehicles and vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines.
