en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 9, Dubai Holding and China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC Middle East) signed construction contracts totaling AED 5 billion, under which CSCEC Middle East will be responsible for building Dubai Holding's new headquarters and the Jumeirah Emirates Towers high-end residential project. This is the largest single construction contract awarded since the establishment of Dubai Holding.

Dubai Holding's new headquarters will be built as the group's new integrated office center and is scheduled to open in 2029. The project will bring together Dubai Holding's main businesses and will feature office and public spaces, sustainable building systems, and employee amenities in accordance with high-end office building standards.

The Jumeirah Emirates Towers residential project, to be built concurrently, is being developed by Meraas under Dubai Holding Real Estate. It is planned to comprise two high-rise residential towers with a total of 754 Jumeirah-branded residences. The architectural design firm is SCDA Architects, and the project is scheduled for delivery in 2030. The works will involve multiple specialized work packages, including the main structure, MEP systems, curtain wall, interior fine decoration, landscaping, and residential supporting facilities.

Since entering the UAE market in 2003, CSCEC Middle East has implemented more than 110 large-scale residential, commercial, hotel, and infrastructure projects in the Gulf region. With the signing of this AED 5 billion contract, the company's contract scale in Dubai's high-end commercial building and branded residential markets has further expanded.
