Wedoany.com Report-Jun 27, Shamal, a Dubai-based investment company, has awarded a contract worth over Dh1 billion ($272 million) to Khansaheb Civil Engineering for the main construction works of Dubai Harbour Residences, a premium beachfront project in Dubai, announced in 2025. This agreement marks a significant milestone in developing a modern residential destination offering low-rise living with sea and skyline views.

The next phase is set to commence immediately.

Foundation work for the project has been completed, ensuring seamless beachfront access. Construction will now progress under Khansaheb’s expertise, in partnership with H&H and architect Nikken Sekkei, to deliver a high-quality residential experience. The project aims to redefine urban living through innovative design and sustainable development.
