Link Logistics Acquires 51,200-Square-Meter Logistics Distribution Center

The facility has a gross building area of 550,992 square feet, approximately 51,200 square meters. It was completed in 2026 and was 100% leased at the time of acquisition. The transaction amount was not disclosed.

The Eaton Logistics Facility is located at 2545 Innovation Loop in Franklin County, within the Raleigh metropolitan area's industrial logistics market. The distribution center features a cross-dock layout with a clear interior height of 40 feet, approximately 12.2 meters, and connects to the surrounding transportation network via U.S. Route 1.

The seller in this transaction was Summit Real Estate Group and an institutional partner, with real estate services firm JLL representing the seller. The property is a completed and fully leased Class A industrial logistics facility.

Link Logistics was established by Blackstone and primarily invests in and operates industrial logistics real estate in the United States. As of the announcement of this transaction, the company holds and operates approximately 500 million square feet, about 46.45 million square meters, of warehouse and logistics properties across the United States, covering multiple major logistics markets.
