en.Wedoany.com Reported - On October 29, the National Satellite Meteorological Center of the China Meteorological Administration officially released data products from the Fengyun-3H (FY-3H) and Fengyun-4C (FY-4C) satellites at the 2026 Fengyun Satellite User Conference held in Changsha, Hunan Province. The two satellites released a total of 15 categories of fundamental data and 102 quantitative products, covering multiple observation domains including atmospheric sounding, cloud and radiation, land and sea surface, and space weather. Access to the relevant data has been opened to industry users and the general public.

The Fengyun-3H satellite was launched in September 2025 and carries 9 observation payloads. It acquires meteorological observation data through combined optical and microwave instruments, and is capable of three-dimensional scanning of typhoons and fine-scale detection of greenhouse gases. The data released this time include 9 categories of fundamental data and 31 quantitative products, comprising 6 cloud and radiation products, 10 atmospheric parameter products, 11 land and sea surface products, and 4 space weather products.

The Fengyun-4C satellite was launched in December 2025 and carries 6 observation payloads. It can acquire high spatiotemporal resolution images of weather system evolution, as well as observation parameters including atmospheric temperature and humidity, clouds, lightning, high-resolution solar images, and ionospheric composition. The data released this time include 6 categories of fundamental data and 71 quantitative products, specifically covering 21 cloud and radiation products, 7 land and sea surface products, 25 atmospheric parameter products, 5 atmospheric environment products, and 13 space weather products.

The data products from the two satellites are provided to users through different channels. Meteorological industry users can obtain them from the National Satellite Meteorological Center Data Lake, satellite direct-reception stations, the meteorological big data cloud platform "Tianqing," and provincial real-time data download platforms; the public can query and use the relevant products through the Fengyun Satellite Remote Sensing Data Service Website and its client application, as well as the "Fengyun Looks at Earth" and "Fengyun Moment" WeChat mini-programs.

The data products released this time will also be integrated into the "Mazu" Fengyun Satellite Artificial Intelligence Toolbox to provide data support for satellite meteorological data analysis and related monitoring and early warning applications.
