Wedoany.com Report-Nov 13, China Mining Expo 2024, hosted by China National Coal Association (CNCA), co-hosted by China National Coal Group Corp., Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co Ltd, Shaanxi Coal Industry Association, and organised by Together Expo and China Coal Consultant International, took place at Xi’an Airport Convention and Exhibition Center on 23 – 25 October 2024. Shaanxi Province Vice Governor Xu Mingfei opened the China Coal & Mining Expo’s inaugural extension, focusing on smart and green trends led by the nation’s new quality productivity forces advocate.
The opening remarks at the co-located Forum by the Secretary of the Party Committee of CNCA Li Yanjiang set the tone for the Xi’an Expo, exploring the cultivation of new coal productivity and high-quality development that leads the industry to integrated energy transformation.
China National Coal Group Corp. led the exhibitors along with national and regional industry giants, including China National Coal Mining Equipment Co., Ltd, China Coal Zhangjiakou Coal Mining Machinery Co., China Coal Beijing Coal Mining Machinery Co., Shijiazhuang Coal Mining Machinery Co. Ltd, Xi’an Coal Mining Machinery Co. Ltd, Fushun Coal Mine Motor Manufacturing Co. Ltd, each presenting its proprietary turnkey mining solution, highlighting cutting-edge technology focusing on digitisation and smart mining, and green and safety innovations. The show saw a range of mining and processing machinery, exhibiting design and manufacturing capacity matching China’s international peers.
Together Expo’s senior manager, Marjorie Cheng, is bullish about the potential of the Xi’an Expo, as the event closed with overwhelming response from suppliers and end-users alike. Judging from the current development, she expects the next edition in October 2026 will double in scale.
