The platform generated over 500 million tracking events throughout the year, issued more than 110 million shipping labels, and reached a peak daily shipment volume of 88,500. Currently, the platform has integrated over 300 carriers, offering more than 1,300 services, covering over 200 countries and regions worldwide.
Over the past year, TDI launched 37 new projects involving multi-carrier deployment, platform modernization, shipment process standardization, and the development of new international logistics routes. The company's growth is supported by three pillars: platform robustness, continuous evolution of solutions, and enhanced customer support services. The strategy has proven effective, with 97% of customers reporting a return on investment.
Regarding international expansion, a new client in Portugal went live at the end of 2025, marking TDI's active entry into the Portuguese market. This move increased the number of local integrated agencies and laid the groundwork for enhancing market visibility and localized operations in 2026. In Spain, the Madrid subsidiary, after two years of development, has firmly established its services for industrial, e-commerce, and distribution enterprises, helping clients optimize their logistics process control.
Edmundo Brito, TDI's Country Manager for Spain, stated: "Many companies still face shortcomings in digitization, automation, cost control, and operational visibility. We address these challenges pragmatically through localized services and continuous customer follow-up." In 2025, TDI won the Logística Profesional Digital Transformation Award for its innovative Expricing module and was shortlisted for the CEL Award in the Logistics Excellence category.
The Expricing module, one of the company's strategic engines, doubled its customer base in 2025, helping users save an average of 20% on shipping costs and strengthening data-driven decision-making. Concurrently, the company initiated the progressive evolution of Expedito to improve the integration experience with clients' information systems.
Looking ahead to 2026, TDI celebrates its 27th anniversary and continues to deepen its experience in transport digitization. The technology roadmap places artificial intelligence at its core, aiming to shorten integration times, accelerate feature development, and enhance module automation. The company will also increase its participation in the European logistics ecosystem, planning to attend events such as Logistics & Automation Porto (Portugal) and Madrid, sharing its vision for efficiency, digital logistics, and transport optimization, while maintaining direct connections with shippers and logistics operators.
