Groupe CAT France operates inter-centre rail link for Renault

Groupe CAT France has reached a milestone of operating over 20 trains for Renault, establishing an inter-centre rail link between the port of Sète and the Flins site. Each week, 18 double-decker wagons transport 250 vehicles from Turkey and Romania between these two locations. By focusing on reducing its carbon footprint, Groupe CAT France offers its customers in the UK, Morocco, and continental Europe an alternative to road transport.

SBB Cargo International begins cooperation with Raildox

SBB Cargo International has announced a new partnership with Raildox on the North-South Corridor. Based in Erfurt, Thuringia, Raildox specialises in transporting fertiliser, grain, sand, gravel, steel, waste, and hazardous goods. Founded in 2007, the company operates throughout Germany and internationally. The first official train under this cooperation departed from Basel Bad, travelling through the Swiss Alps via Chiasso to Ferrara.
