Wedoany.com Report on Feb 6th, Recently, eight departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Data Administration, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Transport, and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly issued the "Guidelines for Automotive Data Outbound Security (2026 Edition)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Security Guidelines"). Focusing on the management methods for automotive data outbound activities, rules for determining important data, security protection requirements, and other aspects, the guidelines propose a series of targeted and practical institutional measures.
