Wedoany.com Report on Feb 10th, Ruifeng New Energy recently announced the signing of a significant investment framework agreement with the Management Committee of the Xuanhua Economic Development Zone in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. According to the agreement, the company will invest a total of approximately 24 billion yuan to plan and construct the largest inference computing power cluster park in North China—the Xuanhua Artificial Intelligence Computing Power Center project—in the Xuanhua District. This project aims to build a core park within the Zhangjiakou national hub node of the national integrated computing power network, further promoting the upgrade of regional digital economy infrastructure and supporting the development of artificial intelligence and big data industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

The project will be developed around the integrated model of "Intelligent Computing Center + Green Power + Energy Storage" and is planned to be implemented in five phases. The first phase will involve constructing an intelligent computing center with no less than 3,000 racks, expected to be operational by February 2028. Subsequent phases will gradually expand the computing power scale and deeply integrate green power and energy storage systems to achieve efficient energy utilization and sustainable computing power operations. This design not only aligns with the national "dual carbon" goals but also provides stable and clean computing power support for large-scale artificial intelligence training and inference.

The construction of this computing power center will significantly enhance Zhangjiakou's strategic position as a key node in the national integrated computing power network, helping to establish a high-efficiency computing power service system covering the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Upon completion, the project is expected to attract upstream and downstream technology enterprises to cluster, promote the transformation of the local industrial structure towards higher-end and greener development, and provide crucial infrastructure support for regional digital economic growth, smart city construction, and the application of artificial intelligence technologies.
