Wedoany.com Report on Feb 10th, India's KPI Green Energy recently announced that it has secured a new engineering services order from an entity of the Adani Group. This order pertains to a hybrid renewable energy power generation project within the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Kutch, Gujarat. KPI Green Energy will be responsible for executing the electrical, civil, and related works for the 300 MWac / 405 MWdc portion of this project.
The scope of the secured engineering services covers AC and DC electrical works, civil works including piling and short piling, the erection of module mounting structures, the installation of robotic cleaning system structures, and the supply of certain DC/AC and high-voltage electrical equipment. Specific tasks will be carried out according to the formal service orders and purchase orders issued by the client.
The execution of this new order further increases the total volume of Khavda project-related orders that KPI Green Energy has received from the Adani Group. The company stated that, including this new order, the total engineering capacity it has undertaken for this hybrid renewable energy power generation project has reached 834 MWac / 1,131 MWdc. Previously, on January 16, 2026, the company had disclosed to the stock exchange that it had secured engineering service orders for 534 MWac / 726 MWdc of this project.
