Wedoany.com Report on Feb 25th, SharpGrade has introduced the GS130 grader blade, an attachment that transforms a skid-steer loader or compact track loader into a small grader. The GS130 grader attachment features a removable front chassis design and can be configured as a six-way dozer blade, suitable for tasks such as earthmoving, road repair, and material spreading.

According to SharpGrade, operators can reinstall the front assembly for precise final grading, subgrade work, roadbed preparation, and large-area site finishing "without upgrading to a dedicated grader." The attachment is designed to bridge the gap between compact grader attachments and full-size graders, reducing the number of machines on a job site. "When paired with modern large-frame compact track loaders, it provides excellent pushing power, six-way control, and outstanding maneuverability in confined road corridors and busy construction sites."

The GS130 grader attachment uses a zero-cross-coupling design instead of a traditional center pivot, which the company claims "significantly improves grading accuracy, reduces reliance on operator skill, and delivers consistent results over long distances, which is crucial for subgrade construction, maintenance grading, and large-area sites requiring uniformity." It is compatible with skid-steer loaders and compact track loaders in the 100 to 135 horsepower range. The standard blade width is 8 feet 5.8 inches but can be expanded to 10 feet 10 inches with optional hydraulic side wings.

The company states that the wings "form a smooth, continuous cutting edge," helping to prevent material spillover onto finished surfaces. The wings can also be folded to the standard blade width for legal road transport. A scarifying system is another optional feature for loosening soil surfaces before grading. The attachment comes standard with a QuadGrade 2D laser control package and can integrate with 2D and 3D machine control systems from companies like Topcon and Trimble.

The GS130 grader attachment will make its debut at ConExpo 2026 in Las Vegas from March 3-7, 2026. Specifications include: horsepower requirement 100-135 HP, required hydraulic flow 21–40 GPM, maximum hydraulic pressure 3,625 PSI, standard blade width 8 feet 5.8 inches, blade width with optional wings 10 feet 10 inches, and blade height 20.5 inches.
