Product Features

Integrates differential pressure signal + vortex signal + totalizer + solar power supply + communication and other functions in one unit, with simple structure, complete and stable functions, and convenient installation and maintenance.

The 310S gas mass flow computer, without knowing the gas density, completes the transmission and extraction of differential pressure and pressure signals solely through the differential pressure transmitter, combined with the vortex flow signal, and performs actual gas mass flow calculation, management, display, and output through its integrated header. This product can be equipped with solar power supply equipment to solve on-site power supply issues, and supports RS485, Hart, Zigbee, 4(5)G, NB and other communications.

Product Applications

The gas mass flow computer is a new-principle gas mass flowmeter, with differential pressure paired with vortex flowmeter or precession vortex flowmeter for gas mass flow measurement. It can measure gas density and mass flow without knowing the gas composition. Suitable for mass flow measurement of dry gas (or commonly known as feed gas, flare gas), natural gas, mixed gas (coal gas), and other variable-composition gases in industries such as petrochemicals, petroleum, and chemicals.

Standard Configuration

Two-wire 24Vdc power supply, 4~20mA output, Hart & RS485 communication.
