The gas-liquid two-phase flowmeter is a new type of intelligent multi-parameter bidirectional flowmeter integrating high-precision differential pressure transmitter, pressure transmitter, temperature sensor, intelligent totalizer, inner cone, and liquid holdup device, specially designed for gas, liquid, and oil-water flow measurement. The gas-liquid two-phase flowmeter is developed based on the original natural gas inner cone flowmeter. It first adopts a higher-level single-chip microcomputer system with shorter data sampling interval and faster computation speed, enabling high-speed calculation of complex compensation software formulas, more detailed segmented flow coefficient correction, further ensuring calculation accuracy, and greatly improved stability of the single-chip system due to circuit optimization.

- Accurate metering of original water cut data can reflect the real-time working status of oil and gas wells, which is of great significance for determining water and oil production layers, estimating crude oil and natural gas production, and predicting the development life of oil and gas wells;
- Currently, water cut metering in oil and gas fields is mainly done manually or with single water cut meters. Wellhead fluid contains oil, gas, water, sand, wax, etc., which affects measurement accuracy during the process. Oil and gas field development has put forward higher requirements for oil-gas well oil-water two-phase metering, i.e., online multi-phase flow phase-separated metering at wellhead. - Metering gas production based on inner cone throttling element calculation model: Through the differential pressure device installed at the wellhead of oil and gas wells, precise measurement of small throttling differential pressure data is obtained. Combined with water cut, oil or gas density, and production gas-oil ratio for each well, precise correction is made for viscosity, mixture density, and other relevant calculation parameters of multiphase fluid. Through temperature and pressure compensation, etc., the production of oil and gas wells under different water cut and gas-oil ratio conditions is finally accurately calculated according to the multiphase flow throttling flow calculation model.

Output methods
- a. Uses RS485, RS232 interface, can directly network with host computer or secondary instrument, remotely display measured two-phase flow medium temperature, pressure, differential pressure, standard instantaneous flow, standard cumulative flow, liquid holdup ratio, daily/monthly/annual reports, power-down records, and various set parameters.
- b. 4 ~ 20 mA current signal output, corresponding to zero flow and maximum flow.
- c. Has frequency signal output proportional to standard volume flow, 0 ~ 1000 HZ corresponding to minimum flow and maximum flow.
- d. Has calibration pulse output: one pulse output for every certain unit of standard volume metered by the flowmeter. (Note: Frequency signal and calibration pulse output signal can only be selected as one by software setting)
5 Real-time data storage function
For user data management needs, the flowmeter can store real-time data detected and calculated by the totalizer in real time.
6 Wireless data transmission function (GPRS system)
The flowmeter can transmit real-time data to the host computer via GPRS system in SMS form, enabling automated production management.
