The classic Venturi tube, also known as the classical Venturi tube, is commonly referred to as the standard Venturi tube. It complies with ISO 5167 or GB/T 2624 standards. Used for measuring the flow of single-phase stable fluids in closed pipes, commonly applied to measure the flow of air, natural gas, coal gas, water, and other fluids.
Features
- Simple structure, durable, and stable performance.
- Low pressure loss, saving energy required for fluid transportation.
- Within diameter range 50~1200, no actual flow calibration required. Beyond this range, reference design and manufacturing can be used. For higher accuracy needs, actual flow calibration can be performed.
- Longer body installation dimensions, inconvenient for transportation and installation of large-diameter meters
Main Technical Parameters
- Nominal diameter (mm): DN50-DN1200 (-2600)
- Nominal pressure (MPa): 0.25~4.0 (-6.3)
- Accuracy (uncertainty): ±0.1%~±1.5%
