Application Scope

This equipment uses a laser scattering sensor to measure the concentration of cooking fume particles and cooking fume in the flue, and an electrochemical sensor to measure the concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons.

During actual operation, the built-in constant flow pump draws the exhaust gas from the duct into the unit. When the sample gas containing particles passes through the laser scattering sensor, it is irradiated by the internal laser beam to produce scattered light, which is converted into an electrical signal through the circuit. The high-precision signal acquisition chip collects the signal and calculates the real-time concentration data of cooking fume particles. Through the massive data accumulated from years of comparative tests by our company, a model database between different cuisines, cooking fume particles, and cooking fume concentration is established, and the cooking fume emission concentration is calculated through the data model. When the gas passes through the specially designed gas chamber, it is detected by the electrochemical sensor and outputs a linear current signal. The real-time non-methane total hydrocarbon concentration is obtained through circuit conversion, measurement, and calibration.

High-Precision Measurement of Fan and Purifier Current: Safer and more convenient measurement of fan and purifier input supply current through mutual inductor, with high-precision measurement results obtained through linear fitting with actual measured data;

Purifier High-Voltage Parameter Measurement: Monitors purifier high-voltage, current, power, and other parameters;

Cleanliness Measurement: Can determine purifier cleaning time through cleanliness;
