Instrument Principle
The zero air generator consists of an air compressor and a purification unit. It uses physical and chemical methods to purify air into pollution-free clean "zero air". Working principle: The air compressor compresses external air into the gas storage tank. After water removal, the air in the gas storage tank enters the purification unit. The dehumidification unit in the purification unit removes moisture again, achieving a gas dew point of -15℃. After passing through a washer that can remove CO and HC, and then through a dedicated three-stage filter, zero air containing no pollutants is output.
