Working Principle
TH-2008H Multi-Gas Dynamic Calibrator is used to calibrate various ambient air analyzers. It has 2 built-in mass flow controllers (standard configuration) to control zero gas and standard gas flow rates respectively. Used in conjunction with a zero air generator and various standard gases, it calibrates SO2, NO, CO analyzers using the method of diluting standard gas with zero air. It has a built-in ozone generator and detection unit to generate O3 gas. The O3 concentration is calibrated in 16 segments and can generate standard ozone gas at fixed or arbitrary concentrations to calibrate ozone analyzers. It can generate quantitative NO2 standard gas and use gas phase titration to calibrate the NO2→NO conversion furnace efficiency in NOx analyzers. Through preset programming or user random operation, it completes calibration of analyzers. After all calibrations are preset, one key completes output of various standard gases requiring quantitative output such as SO2, NO, NO2, O3, CO, etc.
