TH-2030 Intelligent Station House for Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Sites is an intelligent station house independently developed and produced by our company in response to the national digital transformation requirements after years of R&D. It meets the requirements of the "Technical Regulations for Standardized Construction of National Urban Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Site Station Houses (Trial)" and complies with the inspection specifications of CNEMC-03-ZJZX-040 2025 "Operation Guidance for Detection of Intelligent Station Houses for Urban Ambient Air Quality (SO2, NO2, O3, CO, PM10 and PM2.5) Monitoring Sites" issued by China National Environmental Monitoring Centre, and has obtained the certification certificate from China Environmental Protection Association.

The intelligent station house consists of multiple core components, including the main body of the intelligent station house, power monitoring system, environmental monitoring system, security system, lightning protection equipment, network equipment, and intelligent quality control system. Leveraging nearly two decades of profound foundation and rich experience in automatic station house design and manufacturing, our company has conducted a comprehensive consideration for the new requirements of intelligent station houses.

Our company has comprehensively considered key factors such as various performances of the station house main body, layout planning, and service life, and strictly designed in accordance with the new standard requirements. •    TH-2032 Intelligent Station House Power Monitoring System

With remote control and manual control of on-site main power supply, air conditioning, humidifier or dehumidifier (used according to different geographical environments), access control, lighting, exhaust fan, fresh air fan and other functions, and with power metering, three-phase voltage monitoring, three-phase current monitoring, over/under voltage protection, lightning strike protection, lightning strike detection, leakage protection and other functions.

•    TH-2033 Gaseous Pollutant Monitoring Automatic Membrane Changer

It is an instrument designed by our company to address the frequent replacement of gas pollutant filter membranes, reducing the need for frequent manual replacement of filter membranes. It can achieve automatic filter membrane replacement for more than three months without human intervention, reducing labor costs.

The pollutant filter membrane automatic replacement device is installed between the gaseous sampling main pipe and several gaseous pollutant analyzers to achieve automatic replacement of the filter membrane in the intake pipeline of the gaseous pollutant monitor and long-term remote, unattended and intelligent quality control of filter membrane replacement.

•     TH-2034 Particulate Matter Zero Calibration Device

It is an important guarantee for ensuring particulate matter monitoring data. The equipment is installed between the particulate matter cutter and the particulate matter monitor to achieve remote, unattended and intelligent quality control of concentration zero point calibration and flow calibration for particulate matter monitors in intelligent station houses.
