Application Scope
The TH-600E intelligent flue gas sampler is a sampling device using sampling membranes and absorption solutions to collect chlorine gas from fixed pollution sources. It can also be equipped with other sampling guns according to relevant standards to sample other gaseous pollutants in exhaust from fixed pollution sources. This unit is mainly used for on-site sampling of industrial waste gas by environmental monitoring, health and epidemic prevention, industrial and mining enterprises, and research institutes.

•The sampling gun has heating constant temperature function, constant temperature can be set by user within the range (110~150℃);
•Uses imported brushless vacuum pump, wider sampling flow range, no-load flow up to 2.5L/min, system load -20kPa flow still above 1.5L/min;
•Uses proportional control valve to control flow, making constant flow more stable;
•High-power heating wire inside the sampling gun to prevent condensation in the sampling tube;
•The instrument has automatic leak detection function to ensure sampling reliability;
•Two gas sampling paths can choose electronic flowmeter version or manual flow adjustment version;
•Calibration data can be backed up and restored to prevent calibration misoperation causing instrument failure;
•Can accurately measure on-site atmospheric pressure, ambient temperature, flue gas velocity and other parameters with high measurement accuracy;
•The instrument comes standard with ice-water bath constant temperature box, can hold four absorption bottles, meeting national standard HJ 547-2017 requirements, and the constant temperature box can heat or cool itself for more flexible use;
•The instrument comes standard with chlorine gas sampling gun, front end installed with filter membrane holder, can install quartz filter membrane to retain particulate matter, meeting national standard HJ 547-2017 requirements;
•The instrument can also be optionally equipped with ordinary flue gas sampling gun for sampling other flue gas components.
