Application Scope

The TH-890E ultraviolet flue gas analyzer is an optical analysis instrument with ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy analysis technology (UV-DOAS) as the core, using hot-wet method to measure concentrations of components such as SO₂, NO, NO₂, NH₃ in flue gas from fixed pollution sources. Its integrated structural design is particularly suitable for on-site analysis and ammonia slip monitoring in various boilers, flues, industrial furnaces, etc. under low-temperature, high-temperature, low-concentration emission conditions. It can be widely used in environmental protection, testing companies, industrial and mining enterprises (power plants, steel mills, cement plants, sugar mills, paper mills, smelters, ceramic plants, boiler furnaces, as well as aluminum, magnesium, zinc, titanium, silicon, pharmaceutical industries, including fertilizer, chemical, rubber, material plants, etc.), safety supervision, military, scientific research, education, and other fields.

Instrument Features

•Uses ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy technology (UV-DOAS) to simultaneously measure SO₂, NO, NO₂, NH₃, etc. in flue gas, without NO₂/NO converter, strong anti-interference ability, not affected by moisture and dust, effectively avoids cross-interference between gases, particularly suitable for high-humidity low-sulfur working conditions;

•Adopts integrated structural design, integrating sampling, pretreatment, and analysis, lightweight and concise, easy to carry and operate on site;

•Uses hot-wet method for measurement, full-path companion heating, complete vaporization of moisture during sampling, avoids influence of liquid water on gas concentration, ensures measurement accuracy;

•Uses high-performance pulsed xenon lamp as light source, compared with deuterium lamp, has advantages of short preheating time, wide spectral range, long service life, etc.;

•Absorption cell adopts multiple folded long optical path design, low detection limit, wide range;

•Built-in high-temperature capacitive humidity sensor, real-time measurement of flue gas humidity, with dry/wet basis flue gas concentration measurement and recording functions;

•Front detachable heating sampling tube, easy to carry on site, length customizable;

•7-inch high-brightness color touch screen, Linux operating system, configured with Bluetooth, WIFI, RFID, and other functions, expandable to 4G and GPS functions;

•Configured with mobile APP, can connect to instrument via Bluetooth for collaborative operation;

•Built-in condensation water removal module to protect electrochemical sensor, uses peristaltic pump for automatic drainage;

•Has airtightness detection, zero calibration, automatic purge and cleaning of gas path after sampling;

•Flue gas measurement has automatic and manual modes, can set measurement times and single duration, and calculate average value;

•Has multi-stage filter elements to effectively block liquid water and particulate matter from contaminating the absorption cell;

•Configured with micro Bluetooth thermal printer for convenient on-site data printing;

•Power interface has overvoltage, undervoltage protection and indication functions.
