Application Scope
The TH-150DⅡ medium flow particulate matter sampler is an essential instrument for environmental monitoring departments to collect particulate matter (TSP, PM₁₀, PM₂.₅, etc.) samples in the atmosphere. The instrument is mainly used in environmental monitoring, environmental assessment sampling, and scientific research experiments, striving for small size and portability; suitable for 24-hour continuous medium flow total suspended particulate sampling per new monitoring specifications — unattended all-weather operation. The ultra-strong medium flow suction pump is the biggest feature of this product.
Instrument Features
•Sampling flow adjustment range: (60~130) L/min (upper limit expandable to 180L/min), error better than 2.5%, instrument automatic constant flow, adjustment precision 0.1L/min, constant flow stability better than 0.5%;
•The instrument uses imported high-power scroll suction pump with service life greater than 10000 hours, extremely low failure rate, and stronger pump load capacity. At negative pressure of 20kPa, the instrument flow can still exceed 100L/min;
•Built-in power failure data preservation function, automatically saves parameters and continues sampling upon power restoration;
•The instrument can measure and save on-site atmospheric pressure, temperature, system load, flow and other parameters, automatically accumulate actual cumulative volume, calculate standard condition cumulative volume and save;
•The instrument supports manual sampling and automatic sampling modes. Automatic sampling can set weekly cyclic sampling days, with up to 5 sampling segments per day including start time and duration; manual sampling only requires setting sampling duration to start immediately;
•Sampling function supports "interval sampling" and "compensated time sampling": "interval sampling" can set pause after continuous sampling for a period, cycling until end; "compensated time sampling" determines whether to compensate sampling duration after power failure and restoration, function can be enabled or disabled per user requirement;
•The instrument has built-in flow and load alarm functions, with protection prompt when flow cannot be achieved or load exceeds limit;
•Optional printer for printing current or historical sampling data;
•The instrument can be optionally equipped with TSP/PM₁₀/PM₂.₅ metal or plastic cutters;
•The instrument adopts rainproof design and can be used for 24-hour unattended sampling all-weather.
