Product Introduction

The high-speed railway tanker hoist, also known as the concrete tanker lifting frame, is a specialized lifting device used at construction sites for high-speed railways, passenger dedicated lines, and elevated road bridges. Its primary function is to lift concrete tankers and construction vehicles from the ground to the deck of high-speed railway box girder bridges, for concrete placement in bridge deck protective layers and track bed slabs.

Principle: The tanker drives directly onto the load-bearing platform, and the winch-pulley system drives the platform to ascend vertically along the lattice column guide rails. Once it reaches the bridge deck elevation, hydraulic locking support arms extend to rest on the bridge supports, allowing the tanker to drive directly onto the bridge deck for operation. This eliminates the need for long access ramps or repeated lifting of tankers by large truck cranes, significantly saving temporary land occupation and construction costs.

Machine Composition

  1. Lattice guide rail mast: Q355B lattice steel structure (Bailey panel / truss column), modular bolted and pinned assembly for easy erection, dismantling, and relocation;
  2. Load-bearing platform (carrying cage): Steel platform capable of accommodating tankers, equipped with wheel chocks, locking slots, and a level indicator;
  3. Hoisting winch mechanism: Variable-frequency winch, wire ropes, and pulley blocks; multi-reduction pulley system ensures smooth lifting;
  4. Hydraulic locking support arms: Extend after reaching the bridge deck to securely support the platform on the bridge embedded parts, bearing the load when the tanker drives off;
  5. Guide system: Multiple guide rollers running along the column rails to prevent skewing;
  6. Electrical control system: Variable-frequency control cabinet, operator console, and a full set of limit, overload, and level attitude monitoring systems.

Key Advantages

✅ No need to build long uphill access ramps, saving temporary land acquisition; ✅ Fully modular machine, quick to assemble and dismantle, one unit can be rotated among multiple pier positions; ✅ Variable-frequency lifting with platform level monitoring to prevent tanker side-slipping; ✅ Hydraulic support arms provide rigid support upon arrival, avoiding long-term alternating impact on wire ropes; ✅ Adaptable to different girder heights, with lifting height customized as required.

Applicable Working Conditions

Concrete construction on ballastless track bridge decks of high-speed railways and municipal elevated bridge decks; lifting concrete tankers and small construction vehicles; suitable for open-air construction sites.

⚠️ This is not classified as special-purpose lifting equipment, but it is a large non-standard steel structure for construction. Factory load testing is required before delivery, and on-site acceptance inspection is required after installation.
