Applications:
- Used as a polymerization initiator for vinyl and diene monomers, with a recommended crosslinking temperature range of 180-240°C. In the tubular and autoclave high-pressure polyethylene polymerization processes, it is a commonly used
initiator, with a crosslinking temperature range of 240-280°C.
2. Used as a high-temperature curing agent for unsaturated polyester resins.
3. Acts as a vulcanizing agent for diene rubbers, suitable for vulcanization of thick rubber products. It offers good tensile strength, elongation, compression set resistance, and permanent deformation properties. FDA approved, suitable for vulcanization of most rubbers, polyurethane elastomers, and silicone rubbers, producing white and various brightly colored rubber products.
4. Used in the polypropylene high-speed spinning (polypropylene fiber) industry as a molecular weight regulator (used in the production of temperature-reducing masterbatch). It features a narrow molecular weight distribution, high melt flow index, and uniform spinning, making it an excellent degradation agent for polypropylene modification. Adding this product to polypropylene enables the production of controlled rheology polypropylene, improving fluidity and allowing rapid molding of polypropylene while reducing molding deformation. The modified polypropylene can be made into film-grade materials.
5. Used as an oil additive and as a pour point depressant for transformer oil.
Packaging and Transportation:
Our factory's standard packaging is 20 kg polyethylene packaging. Alternative packaging sizes can be supplied upon customer request; customers may specify requirements when placing orders.
Storage Precautions:
1. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area, with warehouse temperature not exceeding 30°C.
2. Keep away from ignition sources and heat. Store separately from acids, reducing agents, flammable materials, combustible materials, and reducing agents.
3. Lighting and ventilation facilities in the storage area should be explosion-proof, with switches located outdoors.
4. Handle with care during transportation to prevent damage to packaging and containers. Avoid impact and vibration. Personal protective equipment should be worn during repackaging and handling operations.
5. Customers are advised to carefully read our factory's Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before storing, transporting, and using this product.
Product Shelf Life:
When stored and transported in strict accordance with the conditions recommended by the manufacturer, product quality is guaranteed for three months.
Fire Protection:
1. This product may decompose violently when heated and can ignite fiercely. For small fires involving small quantities, promptly extinguish using foam or dry powder fire extinguishers.
2. For large fires, quickly evacuate to a safe distance and extinguish with water spray, and notify the fire department.
