Applications:
LQ-VA is an excellent rubber vulcanizing agent with outstanding scorch safety. At a processing temperature of 125°C, the rheometric time is 20 minutes, and at a vulcanization temperature of 160°C, the rheometric time is 12 minutes.
Packaging and Transportation:
- Our standard packaging is 20 kg corrugated carton boxes. Packaging sizes can also be supplied according to customer requirements; customers may specify their needs when placing orders.
- The transportation of Initiator LQ-VA complies with the following regulations:
IMO (Marine) 5.2 UN No 3106, Type D solid organic peroxide, Class II dangerous goods packaging.
Product Shelf Life:
If stored strictly under the conditions recommended by the manufacturer, product quality can be guaranteed for three months.
Storage:
- Storage must strictly follow the storage temperature recommended by our factory. Storage temperatures above the critical temperature may lead to fire.
- Open flames are strictly prohibited in the storage area. Keep away from heat sources, prevent static electricity, protect from light, and ensure good ventilation in the storage area.
- For large quantities, a separate warehouse is required. The product must not come into contact with reducing agents, rust, dust, heavy metal ions, acids, or alkalis.
- Prevent impact and friction.
Firefighting: - This product may decompose violently when heated and ignite fiercely. Small fires involving small quantities of the product should be extinguished with foam or dry powder fire extinguishers.
- For large fires, evacuate to a safe distance before fighting the fire, use water spray for extinguishment, and promptly notify the fire department for assistance.
