Applications:
1. An excellent degradation agent for polypropylene: It can produce rheological polypropylene with low molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution, and high melt flow index. It is a very important initiator for controlled rheology polypropylene.
2. An initiator for styrene polymerization. This product is an initiator for bulk polymerization of styrene. It is characterized by the fact that the molecular weight of the PS produced is higher than that from thermal-initiated polymerization, and the polymerization conversion rate is high.
3. The most common rubber vulcanizing agent: This product has excellent scorch safety. It is usually diluted with silicone oil or other neutral solvents or neutral fillers. The safe handling temperature is 1350C, and the crosslinking temperature is 1750C.
Packaging and Transportation:
Our factory's standard packaging is 20 kg corrugated cartons. We can also supply according to the packaging size requested by the customer; customers may specify their requirements when placing an order.
Storage Precautions:
1. Store in a cool, well-ventilated space, with warehouse temperature not exceeding 150C.
2. Keep away from fire sources and heat. Store separately from acids, reducing agents, flammable substances, combustible materials, reducing agents, etc.
3. Lighting, ventilation, and other facilities in the storage area shall be explosion-proof, with switches installed outdoors.
4. Handle with care during transportation to prevent damage to packaging and containers. Prohibit impact and vibration. Pay attention to personal protection during repackaging and handling operations.
5. Customers are requested to carefully read our factory's "Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)" before storing, transporting, and using this product.
Product Shelf Life:
When stored and transported strictly under the conditions specified by the manufacturer, product quality is guaranteed for six months.
Fire Protection:
1. This product may decompose violently upon heating and may catch fire fiercely. For small fires involving a small quantity of the product, extinguish promptly with foam or dry powder fire extinguishers.
2. For large fires, evacuate quickly to a safe distance and extinguish with water spray, and notify the fire department for handling.
