This product can be formulated into 90%, 75%, and 40% solutions using isododecane or dibutyl phthalate (can be formulated according to customer requirements).
Applications:
This product is used as a polymerization initiator for ethylene, styrene and styrene copolymers, acrylonitrile, acrylates, and methacrylates.
Used for crosslinking of natural rubber, silicone rubber, diene rubbers, polyurethane, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resins, with lower crosslinking temperatures and less odor compared to other peroxides.

2. Transportation of Initiator LQ-CH335 complies with the following regulations:
IMO (Maritime) 5.2 UN No 3103 Type C liquid organic peroxide, Class II dangerous goods packaging.
ADR (Road) 5.2 RID (Rail) 5.2 ICAO (Air) Prohibited
Shelf Life: Product quality is guaranteed for three months when stored strictly under the conditions recommended by the manufacturer.
Storage:
- Must be stored strictly at the storage temperature recommended by the manufacturer; storage temperatures above the critical temperature may lead to fire.
- Open flames are strictly prohibited in the storage area. Keep away from heat sources, prevent static electricity, store away from light, and ensure the storage area has adequate ventilation.
- When storing large quantities of this product, a separate warehouse is required. Prevent contact with reducing agents, rust, dust, heavy metal ions, acids, and alkalis.
- Prevent impact and friction.
Fire Fighting: - This product may decompose violently upon heating and ignite fiercely. Small fires involving small quantities of the product should be extinguished with foam or dry powder fire extinguishers.
- For large fires, evacuate to a safe distance before fighting the fire, use water spray to extinguish, and promptly notify the fire department for assistance.
