Product Introduction

After chemical product recovery, coke oven gas still contains impurities such as sulfur, tar, naphthalene, and benzene. In processes including coke oven gas power generation, CCPP power generation, coke oven gas compression, coke oven heating, coke oven gas cutting, and coke oven gas-based chemical production, these impurities can easily cause production problems such as nozzle blockage, corrosion, excessive SO₂ emissions after combustion, carbon deposition, and catalyst poisoning. Therefore, harmful impurities in coke oven gas need to be deeply removed.

Since wet desulfurization and oil washing naphthalene processes have high investment, complex operation, harsh production environments, and low removal precision, the fixed-bed dry TSA process is a more economical choice.

Our company adopts the "segmented dry TSA purification" process to remove impurities such as H₂S, tar, naphthalene, NH₃, benzene, HCN, and organic sulfides from coke oven gas in a single pass, obtaining qualified purified gas.
