Product Introduction

  1. Product Overview

The NZJH series slurry pump is a high-head slurry pump, mainly used for long-distance transportation of ore pulp, such as long-distance tailings transportation. Due to the limitation of circumferential speed for rubber wetted parts, the wetted parts of the NZJH slurry pump are made of metal, with no rubber wetted parts. Currently, the maximum single-stage head of some pump models can reach 100 m.

  1. Product Features

1) Low specific speed design ensures that the pump model achieves single-stage high-head transportation while maintaining a relatively low impeller speed, reducing wear on wetted parts and extending their service life;

2) Various shaft seal types are available, including packing seal, expeller seal, and mechanical seal. The three seal types can be interchangeably replaced without the need to replace other components;

3) An adjustable assembly is designed for the clearance between the impeller and the liner plate, allowing convenient clearance adjustment during routine shutdown maintenance;

4) Depending on operating conditions and site requirements, the connection between the pump and motor can be achieved by belt, coupling, or reducer;

5) This series of slurry pumps can be used in multi-stage series connection;

6) The pump outlet direction can be installed at eight angular positions to suit on-site pipeline installation.

  1. Application Scope

1) This series of slurry pumps is a high-head slurry pump, suitable for tailings transportation, concentrate transportation, filter press feeding, etc.;

2) The recommended single-stage head is below 90 m;

3) Multi-stage series connection is available, with a pressure rating not exceeding 5.17 MPa;

4. Specifications and Flow Range

The table below shows the best efficiency points of the NZJH series slurry pumps at corresponding speeds. In actual application, the operating range of pumps of various sizes can be adjusted by regulating the speed of the slurry pump. For selection matters, please contact us.
